By April 2024, after much prayer, God spoke to me and gave me a scripture concerning our union—Isaiah 43:18-19. It was a confirmation of something new and beautiful that God was doing in our lives.
Bride’s Story
I met him at the Area Facility at Area 3, Obasanjo, Ota, Ogun State. At the time, he was serving as the Mission Pastor. I had no idea that our paths crossing in that season was divinely orchestrated by God.
In March 2024, he shared his intentions of starting a relationship with me. Though I respected and admired him, I knew this was a decision I couldn’t take lightly. I needed to seek the face of God and get clear instructions before moving forward.
By April 2024, after much prayer, God spoke to me and gave me a scripture concerning our union—Isaiah 43:18-19. It was a confirmation of something new and beautiful that God was doing in our lives. From that moment, our relationship grew stronger, built on faith, trust, and genuine love.
By June 2024, he officially met my parents, and to my joy, they welcomed him wholeheartedly. Their love and acceptance of him as a son further assured me that this was God’s plan.
In September 2024, we had our family introduction. It was a special moment as he met my extended family, and both our loved ones came together in celebration of what God was doing in our lives.
Now, to the glory of God, we have decided to take this beautiful journey into marriage. His love for God, kindness, and leadership have made my heart so certain about this decision. I am grateful for this love story written by God Himself.

Groom’s Story
We both met at the Area Facility at Area 3, Obasanjo, Ota, Ogun State.
I was a pastor at that time serving as the Mission Pastor, and I’d say the whole relationship thing was divinely orchestrated by God. I told her about my intentions of starting a relationship with her in March 2024, and she told me she needed to seek the face of God about it and get clear instructions from God.
April 2024, she told me God spoke to her and gave her a scripture concerning our union. The scripture she shared with me, given to her by God, was Isaiah 43:18-19.
God helped us, and the relationship grew stronger and better, and by June 2024, I met with her parents officially, and the meeting was very successful.
I discovered the parents loved me from that first meeting as their own son, which was one of my desires as I stepped into the relationship and ultimately marriage.
By September 2024, we had an introduction where she introduced me to her family members, of which my parents and siblings were in attendance.
To the glory of God, we have decided to get married after getting to love and know each other very much. Her love for God endeared me to her, plus her selfless nature.
